Buyer must pay 10% deposit to reserve an item. We will only reserve the item for 1 week only.

Postage is FREE within West Malaysia only.

We will charge RM 30 postage cost for buyers from East Malaysia.

We also accept payment thru credit card via paypal with 4% surcharge imposed.

International buyers must confirm address on paypal before purchase.

Cash-on-delivery/COD is available at Tesco, Queensbay Mall and Gurney Plaza in Penang. Whereas in KL, COD is available at KLCC and Star Hill.

We will only send the item to the confirmed address after payment has been received.

Insurance is included in the postage cost. We will send the item with full value insured.

We will also send the tracking number and a photo of the parcel (with the consignment note on it) to you as a delivery provenance.

Buyer must furnish us with your mailing address and contact number.

Shipping thru Poslaju Malaysia will take approximately 1 to 2 working days within West Malaysia, 3 to 5 days within East Malaysia and 5 to 10 days for other countries .
